☀️29th July 2025
The following features will be released on July 29th on app:
Custom Role
We introduced personalization and standard roles in the last update. Now you have the ability to create custom roles that can be used in planned or investigate group meeting. Group meeting is one of the most powerful features we have in the platform. It allows for an objective to be provided and then questions generated, twins selected, and a synopsis provided at the end with a complete transcript. A customized focus group on demand. Now with the ability to create custom roles, the objective and the questions the platform recommends/ask are based on the role. Want an SEO strategy? Create an SEO Expert Role. Want to use insights to discover platform preferences? Create a digital media planner role.
Creative Comparision
We know you love creative evaluation! And we also got feedback that clients want to compare two or more creatives in the evaluation. Well, we heard you. You can now select up to 3 images (videos is coming very soon by end of week) and the AI twins selected will see them "side by side". And give their opinions on which they prefer and why. This is again a powerful capability that can really impact pre-market testing.
Existing Creative Evaluation
While the ability to do pre-market tests is helpful, sometimes you want to understand why a creative is performing better than others. Hence, we created a workflow to get creatives from your existing campaigns and have them evaluated. You get two neat bonuses with it. Our platform already can detect good performing ads from not so great ones and we incorporate that knowledge in the creative evaluations to get AI twin feedback and real in-market metrics. Second, the newly launched creative comparison for new creatives, is also available for this flow. Which means you can select up to 3 existing creatives (image/video) and understand how and why one is performing better but also how you can improve the other creatives.
Improved Google Activation
We betted big on Performance Max as the future of blended signal buying in Google and that bet seems to have paid off. Demand Gen is now also identical to Performance Max in terms of structure, and we get the two most powerful AI powered campaign style of Google covered. However, the structure of these campaigns is quite complex, and we heard from our customer success teams that the flow could be bettered and made more flexible. With the newly launched Google Activation, now you can generate keywords, URLs, videos into a segment, you can optionally then choose to add on affinity segments and demographics along with 1st party audience lists to create an audience and attach that to a new or existing asset group of your choice. This means that whether you want to attach these signals to a demand gen or performance campaign is now completely up to you and the same asset group can be used across multiple campaigns as well. We have removed the complexity of campaign creation from the platform as well.
Activity Log
With the number of actions and flows that are supported on our platform, it gets difficult to "retrace" steps done by ourselves or our clients. To solve for this we created a nuanced and very granular activity log that tracks all events that are triggered and their end status of successful/failed. This data will be used in two ways. One in the frontend you can see a detailed log of all actions including view actions a user has done. Second, we plan to convert this into an improved usage dashboard, so that CS teams can get even more deeper understanding of how the platform is being used by various clients and the product team can see which exact feature in a flow is being re-used most to help inform future builds.
