Starting 28th Feb to March 4th we will be launching the following features on beta. The reason why we are releasing them over a period of time is because they will be launched as modules and your users won't get access to them an access is provided. However, pushing it live on beta, you will be able to use it and give feedback should you find bugs in them.
DV360
Trade Desk

Tiktok
Wizard Mode
Asset & Access Management
Bell
This marks an extension of campaign creation to new platforms, namely DV360 and The Trade Desk. There is very little difference between the two. Unlike Google Ads, the plans you obtain from these campaigns are downloadable and cannot be activated directly from our platform. The sole distinction between The Trade Desk and DV360 plans is that DV360 provides you with three types of plans that can be created simultaneously: keywords, URL, and video. In contrast, The Trade Desk offers only two types: domain and keywords. You will find the remainder of the process quite similar to that of Meta and Google Ads. Please view my demonstration at the link below.
Creative Pre-flight has undergone a transformation, gaining a lot more structure while minimizing extraneous elements. There were several issues with the previous version of the creative pre-flight process:
It had a complex flow requiring the initiation of a media pre-flight before attaching a creative pre-flight to it.
The user interface, to be candid, was rather unpolished.
There were an overwhelming number of options to create different types of creatives simultaneously.
Adding research questions was not given sufficient priority.
In the updated version of creative campaigns, we have addressed these concerns:
You can now select a platform and focus your efforts on building channel-specific creative campaigns. For instance, you can create both post creatives and ad creatives for Meta, whereas for Google Ads, you will only be able to create ad creatives.
The campaign creative now opens in a modal and is saved as a draft at the completion of each step.
It is now possible to push your creatives to live platforms directly from consumr.ai.
All other types of creatives, such as WhatsApp messages, SMS messages, and email communications, will be featured in a separate section and will not be mixed with Meta and Google-related creatives. This feature is still in development and will only be constructed upon receiving a request from the business team.
This feature is just an extension of behavior module for Pinterest. You will need to go through the authorization steps to allow consumr.ai to access first party data and then execute an insight via a 1st party or a 3rd party audience.
I am not posting a video explanation for it. The process of creating this report is very simple and straight forward. Be aware that not all cards from a Meta behavior will be available for Pinterest.
Remember: Add the Pinterest platform before you try to create this report.
We are bringing this feature to complete the loop for Pinterest and Tiktok starting from Insights, to Campaigns and now optimization/improve. It works like meta Improve as well. You can go and try it out to report issues if any.
We are not posting any videos for now, since the process is exactly like Meta Improve.
The Conversation Wizard was designed to assist users who are uncertain about their next steps upon arriving at the Omni box on the Insights homepage. Previously, the Discover module offered guidance on current events, but we recognized that users could benefit from deeper exploration beyond the suggested topics. Thus, we introduced the Conversation Wizard, positioned to the far right of the Omni box. Clicking it will bring up a dialogue box. Initially, you won't find any pre-loaded assets, only a set of static questions that appear every time you access the Conversation Wizard. Here are the options available:
Upon selecting this question, the Wizard will inquire whether you desire assistance in identifying inputs for reports you wish to generate. For instance, it might ask if you need the system to pinpoint keywords for an intent report or to discover interests for a behavior report. After choosing an option, you'll be prompted to describe your objectives. For example, if you input, "I wish to learn about consumers who use Dell laptops," the Wizard will process this and provide the most relevant entries. Activating action mode will even generate a behavior report for you.
This selection prompts the Wizard to offer information on the latest trends across platforms like YouTube, Pinterest, or Google Search. It's an efficient alternative to discovering topics on your own, requiring minimal effort.
This function serves as a more accessible and straightforward version of the research questions traditionally nestled deep within the app's portfolio section. Simply type your query, and the Wizard will scour the internet for answers. To discern how it differs from the existing ChatGPT, try posing your question to both ChatGPT and the Conversation Wizard, and compare the insights.
This feature helps you identify the most and least overlapping first-party audiences based on a specified interest. Alternatively, selecting a first-party audience will yield a list of top overlapping groups. It serves as a nod to the beloved ARS table of the past.
This section still need to be updated and will be done over the weekend, to get it ready for beta. It won't have any significant impact to our clients. Hence, we will update this section on Monday.
This is not a major update, but an important. You remember those strange looking yellow, red and blue bands that used to come on the top, that you mostly ignored? We got rid of them and replaced them with a notification bell icon. All your dismissed notifications will still rest in the bell icon for you to visit them later.
