App Mentions

First up, read the Product Mentions release notes before reading this.

The App Mentions report is very similar to the Topic & Product Mentions report. In the sense that it helps you understand what people are saying/perceiving about something. The key difference, is that its for a mobile app. Currently, we are only supporting play store URLs. If this view gains traction, then we will also invest in the app store URL which is slightly more dev intensive.

Once you paste in a play store URL in the omnibox, you will see a familar output report, that has pros / cons, key takeways, categories of responses, sentiment of them, a word cloud and the reviews themselves. There is also a similar section of the product mentions report, that shows similar apps which allow you to create new reports easily for those apps.
